Leading in the 21st Century

Audience: Administrators and Teachers Pre K - 12
What makes leaders great? How do teachers and students play a role in leadership? What common elements do student leaders, teacher leaders and world leaders have? Why do some succeed and others fail? In this workshop we will examine the role of leadership and how it has changed in the 21st century. What skills should a leader have now? What are 21st century skills? How does it apply to the school setting? In this workshop you will learn about successful leadership strategies used outside of the school setting, that inspire enhanced productivity from all members of their community. These techniques can easily be transferred and applied to the school setting.
