Audience: Teachers and Administrators Pre-K - 12
In this workshop you will be analyze your own leadership qualities including strengths and weaknesses. You will learn about evaluation of online instruction and the changes that leaders have to deal with during a crisis. Participants will engage in panel discussions and be required to read an assigned book. The focus of this workshop is to understand the different characteristics of leaders, develop an awareness of their own skills, explore learning theories relevant to online instruction and learn strategies for supervising online.
