Teachers participated in online workshops, starting with one on self evaluation. As they completed the workshop, others asked to join. The director, Gabi Ghazzawi provided incentive and encouragement to every staff member. Program Director and Middle School Principal Maria Nemat worked with us to design a custom program based on the needs of the community and the staff who taught in one or more languages; English, Arabic and/or French. We visited onsite. We designed a five day conference that all staff members attended. We brought a team of five consultants with us, who are experts in different areas of instruction. Visitors from other schools were also invited. We continued online workshops and onsite visits. Teachers worked with us for several years.
